How far in advance do we need to book?
Most clients book us 6-12 months in advance. To ensure your date is available, we encourage to book as soon as you have your day set.
What is your turn around time?
Typically, we turn around projects in six weeks.
Can we request specific shots or "must have" moments?
Yes, and we encourage you to let us know. There may be specific family traditions or a surprise dance that we wouldn’t want to miss.
What is your "Raw Footage" policy?
Your event is a work of art, and we only turn in polished, edited versions.
How will our film and photography be delivered?
Digital downloads and online gallery is the way to go. But we also deliver custom USBs as a hard copy. We let you choose what’s best for you.
What is your cancelation policy?
Deposits are required to hold the date. In case you need to reschedule a date, you may do so (1) time if the day available. In case of cancelation, down deposits are non-refundable.
Do you require a meal during the reception?
Yes, please include us so we aren’t fainting from hunger on the first dance.
